Please refer to last sentence my telegram number 20.56 Beck advises that tomorrow Polish Ambassador in Berlin will verbally make a statement to the German Government directing attention to consequences involved in the violation of Versailles Treaty by the evils of conscription. This announcement will be orally and informally and will be more mild and conciliatory in tone than that which will be given to press.
Foregoing repeated to Berlin.
