60. In public speech to Parliament this morning Emperor reviewed situation, declared Italy has had for 40 years criminal intention conquer Ethiopia, present aggression premeditated, cowardly, odious. Emperor will go to front, as will women according to tradition. Emperor pledged his word foreigners remaining in Ethiopia will be unmolested by Ethiopian hand.
