The Minister in Greece (MacVeagh) to the Secretary of State

31. Rumanian Legation informs me that it granted transit visa without stopover on consular registration and identity certificate to Insull this morning and that it expects him to arrive at Constanza on Polish flag vessel Polonia leaving Piraeus tomorrow, March 16th. Rumanian Legation understands that fugitive’s destination is Poland via Tcheko-slovakia. Owsley33 here asks you inform Holmes34 unless already done.
