49. Your 107, October 10, 11 a.m. In view of fact that only remaining formality necessary to bring extradition treaty in force between United States and Greece is exchange of ratifications,18 Department directs you to request provisional arrest and detention of Samuel Insull Senior with a view to his extradition on the charges of embezzlement and larceny upon which warrants of arrest have been issued in Cook County, Illinois.
Amount involved in embezzlement is over $200 and in larceny over $25.
