142. Department’s 111, September 9, 2 p.m. Consulate General states Society’s real and personal property has been released although activities of Society still remain prohibited. Embassy making careful study of actual present status of the facts in the case and until this is completed I do not consider it advisable to make representations to Foreign Office.
