My 56, April 4, 6 p.m. If Department is still debating the question of issuing a statement and, as may well be the case, is reluctant to do so I may say that a message from the Foreign Minister this morning indicates that he does not wish to be insistent in the premises. In other words matters here have somewhat calmed down for the moment at least since yesterday evening.
