Your 63, November 13, 3 p.m. British Government today notified International Financial Commission to include American Government debt in request to the Greek Government for transfer of 30 percent interest payment. French and Italian agreement to this expected by tomorrow. A meeting of the Greek political party leaders this evening will decide whether to pay 30 percent, according to London agreement and whether to include therein the American debt.
