Am informed by Teagle of the Standard Oil that Gulbenkian has agreed to a basis of settlement in the Turkish Petroleum matter which is satisfactory to the two English groups as well as to the American Group. The details of the settlement have been forwarded to French Group for approval. Teagle is hopeful for a final and favorable conclusion.
