No. 63–18Mr. Secretary: I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency’s kind note of the 10th of this month relative to the prohibition of Spanish oranges from the United States and regret that the facility extended by the Horticultural Board for the transit to Canada, through this country, of oranges from Valencia, of which thankful acknowledgement must be made, was made known to us too late to be availed of this year.
