The Minister for Foreign Affairs has informed me that Ferrera left Guatemala today for Salvador over automobile highway carrying visé of Chargé d’Affaires, Salvador, and that he has unofficially suggested to the Chargé d’Affaires that he inform his Foreign Office of the coming of the Honduranean emigrado.
