Your 247, December 13 [12], 5 p.m.69 Chinese Foreign Office has just replied by memorandum, dated December 13th, consenting to postponement of convening Extraterritoriality Commission at Peking to November 1st, 1924. Foreign Office states that it is telegraphing to Chinese Minister at Washington to take this matter up with the American Government and expresses the hope that nature of the replies of the various Governments will be transmitted to Chinese Government as they are received.
