The Ministers in Honduras, Nicaragua, and Salvador to the Secretary of State

On Board the U. S. S. “Tacoma”, August 20, 1922—10 p.m.
[Received August 24—10:30 a.m.]

After full discussion conference this afternoon agreed to and signed convention of preamble and eight articles.

[Here follows a summary of the agreement, the signed text of which is printed infra.]

The treaty was signed by the three Presidents, the three Ministers for Foreign Affairs and by the three American Ministers as witnesses. The Legation in Tegucigalpa is forwarding full text and translation by next mail. The invitations to adhere were sent out [Page 422] by wireless to-day to Guatemala and Costa Rica and a telegram of thanks for the Tacoma was sent to President Harding signed by the three Presidents.
