My 106, March 23, 6[9] p.m. Military attaché today informed by War Office that troops which will occupy points mentioned on mainland will be detached from force now based at Alexandrovsk in Russian half of Sakhalin Island and that contrary to press reports troops on island will not be proportionately increased.
