Legation’s 2760, September 2, 7 p.m.1 The entire number of ships agreed to be chartered to the United States Shipping Board under the terms of the Swedish agreement now having been placed at the disposal of the United States, we have authorized the issuance of bunker licenses for free Swedish vessels in accordance with provision of the Swedish agreement and subject to the rules and regulations of the War Trade Board. Repeat to London.
