No. 1182. Our 1068, July 22.1 The inter-Allied committee for the correlation of the published black lists has now been designated as [Page 1035] the conference to consider those applications for licenses to trade with the enemy which are to be referred to London conference now in operation. Some slight changes in classes of cases to be referred here may be suggested after next meeting. Meetings held every two weeks, but cases can be handled most expeditiously if referred here as they arise rather than waiting to send them in anticipation of a particular meeting.
