Please take up the China case again with Sir Edward Grey, and tell him that I am anxious to know at the earliest moment when the persons will be released and what arrangements are being made for their transportation to their destination, as indicated in your note to him. Nearly three weeks have now elapsed without any reply and I can not allow the settlement of this important case to be unduly delayed.
