Department’s February 24, 6 p.m. Obregon just arrived and spoke to him about Chihuahua district. Says he has sent additional troops with very good generals, Herrera and Gutiérres, who thoroughly know country, with orders to push pursuit and earnestly hopes to have district cleared very soon.
