Your 1017 and 1036.1 Inasmuch as there now appear to be practically no American or foreign interests to be cared for in Belgrade, Young should arrange sealing of archives and for safekeeping of Consulate and then proceed to Vienna where he has been temporarily assigned in Consulate General subject to such services as Embassy may require. Detail is, however, only temporary. Belgrade seals should be deposited Vienna Consulate.
