The German Minister called to-day to inform me that he had been instructed to pursue a course analogous to that of our Government in removal of Germans from dangerous localities and if necessary from the country.

The organization of Americans and other foreigners in Mexico City is going forward with great success.

The President’s proclamation, after being fully read and understood, has had a most beneficial effect.
