Letters of authorization having been received, the loan issue should now proceed rapidly. Meanwhile it is impossible to prevent, provisionally, double payment of interest. Until the Erlanger loan is finally terminated, remittance must be made as usual. This advance will ultimately be returned to Liberia. Double payment is provisional only.
