Inform Clark negotiations in Europe promise successful results and bankers expect to issue bonds as soon as formal authority for their execution is received from Monrovia. Papers to be signed were mailed here by Falkner June 15. Bankers have prepared form of provisional bonds and will execute them without delay when authorizations requested have been received.
