A telegram from President Araujo of Salvador to the President of Nicaragua says that President Estrada Cabrera of Guatemala is in constant communication with Jose Dolores Gámez² in Costa Rica through General Nicasio Vásquez who has unlimited entrée at the presidential Mansion. President Araujo has intercepted correspondence clearly establishing the complicity of Estrada Cabrera, and advises the President of Nicaragua to watch the frontier closely.
