The Representatives of the Railway Men to the American Ambassador .

Dear Sir: For your information will state that to-morrow something over 600 engineers and conductors will leave the service of the National Railways of Mexico. It will be a part of the duty of the undersigned to know where these men have located. If their services should be needed by our country in handling troop trains in the Republic of Mexico we will be able to furnish all the men needed and these men will thoroughly know the track they are to run over.

A wire or letter to T. K. Eccles, Alberta Hotel, El Paso, Texas, will be all that is needed.

Very sincerely yours,

  • T. K. Eccles.
  • J. F. Ealy.
