A British war vessel will go to Mexican Pacific coast to aid British colonists. This will probably be the signal for visits on both sides by other nations.

Isthmus situation bad; also Oaxaca. Consul at Saltillo reports capture of Cuatro Cienegas by rebels. General situation the same, with signs of unrest in this city.
