Your March 29, 7 p.m. A censor is sitting in the Associated Press office to-night, and it is not yet determined whether a report will be sent or the office closed. Mexican Government will not permit any agency to distribute news harmful to it, whether true or not. As the Government complains of things I know to be true and alleges reports which have never been made, I judge its course neither consistent nor just.
