As successor to Moffat on the Nicaraguan Mixed Claims Commission, the department proposes Arthur R. Thompson, and has officially notified Castrillo thereof. Mr. Thompson was formerly engaged by this Government in the trial of cases before the Spanish Treaty Claims Commission, and is now practicing law.
