Sir: I have the honor to report that Gen. Bernardo Reyes, who voluntarily surrendered to a small detachment of Federal rurales at Ciudad Linares early on Christmas morning, was brought to this city on the 28th instant by a small detachment of soldiers and was immediately taken to the Santiago prison, where he will be confined until arrangements are made for his trial.
