Nuevo Laredo, November 18, 1911.

Gen. Bernardo Reyes and other revolutionists and the sheriff of Webb County, Tex., were arrested to-day for violation of the neutrality laws. Every vestige of the revolution will be swept away in 10 days if this method is followed and if revolutionary property is confiscated.
