Mr. Wilson reports that he is in possession of evidence, given him in confidence, of a plot of real magnitude to launch a counter revolution on October 15. Gen. Huerta is involved, with others, and is to be recalled to-day. At present he is in command of the troops sent against Zapata.mr. Wilson thinks that numerous dismissals from the army and other branches of the public service will occur later.
