The treaty of peace was signed at 10 o’clock last night. It may therefore be said that the revolution is ended, though it is yet to be shown whether the more formidable rebel chiefs can be controlled by the Maderists. Two-thirds of the Republic is now in the hands of the revolutionists; the President is to transfer the Government to Provisional President de la Barra on Wednesday or Thursday.
