The Department of State has the honor to acknowledge the receipt of the memorandum of the Embassy of Mexico of the 11th instant, stating that Abraham González, Petronio Lomelí, and Lázaro Gutiérrez de Lara are engaged in revolutionary propaganda at El Paso, Tex., and requesting that they be arrested for violation of the neutrality laws.

The Department of State has taken pleasure in communicating the request of the Embassy of Mexico to the competent authorities.
