Sir: I have the honor to advise the receipt of wire regarding information furnished the Department of State by the Mexican ambassador regarding the shipping of arms and ammunition to the revolutionists through the ports of Eagle Pass and El Paso, Tex. [etc.], and in reply have to say that all Federal officials deny absolutely that the neutrality laws of our country are being broken at any of the ports of our country.
