The United States attorney of the western district of Texas has wired that Madero may now appear in his district at any hour, and that he does not deem evidence at hand against him sufficient to meet technical requirements necessary to constitute violation of neutrality laws. Before replying I would appreciate a full statement from Mexican embassy as to the evidence for the use of the United States attorney.
