The extradition provisions of the Revised Statutes are extended to the Philippine Islands by the act of February 6, 1905, Statutes at Large, volume 33, page 698; it provides that extradition to and from the islands shall be made pursuant to provisions of regular extradition treaties between the United States and other countries.
