In confirmation of his last communication of March 20 last, the undersigned, envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary of Spain, has the honor to notify the honorable Secretary of State that, according to official and reliable information, a filibustering expedition, commanded by Gonzalo de Quesada, secretary of the Cuban Revolutionary Junta, and a naturalized American citizen, is on the point of setting out from Tampa, Fla., for the Island of Cuba.
