Mr. Thompson announces the return of Mr. Newberry, whose report affords a sufficient basis for the folio wing demands: The issuance of an iradé in favor of the school, the assurance of adequate protection, the immediate granting of a permit to build, and the payment of 500 Turkish pounds, value of the destroyed building, and requests instructions.
