Noted that the Secretary of State will initiate a review of the subject policy paper with a view to its possible recision and replacement by a new policy document.
(b)
Noted that the Secretary of State will circulate the Presidential decisions taken following a recent meeting on export trade policy with respect to licensing exports to the Soviet Bloc.3
