149. Editorial Note
The Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development held its tenth meeting in Paris July 25-26, 1962, to discuss the results of the first annual Aid Review and future work. Ambassador James W. Riddleberger served as head of the U.S. Delegation and chairman of the meeting. Frank M. Coffin, AID Deputy Director, was also a member of the U.S. Delegation.
