357. Editorial Note
The Operations Coordinating Board met on September 2 to discuss the first semiannual appraisal of policy toward Cyprus under NSC 6003. The OCB concurred with the conclusions of its Working Group on Cyprus that “there has not been sufficient opportunity to assess” the validity of U.S. policy toward Cyprus and concluded that no review of Cyprus policy was called for at that time.
