PM–10. Editorial Note

In a series of notes from Ambassador Julian F. Harrington in Panama, to Foreign Minister Moreno, on February 17, March 23, and September 22, 1959, the United States Government informed the Republic of Panama of its desire to amend the United States Army Mission agreement of July 7, 1942, as extended. In his reply of November 6, 1959, Moreno accepted the American proposals, and the agreement entered into force on November 6, 1959. For the texts of the notes exchanged, see 12 UST 718.
