Editorial Note

On Thursday, April 22, 1954, at 4 p.m., Secretary of State John Foster Dulles, British Foreign Secretary Anthony Eden, and French Foreign Minister Georges Bidault met at the Quai d’Orsay to discuss the Geneva Conference, which convened on April 26.
