Editorial Note

The final item discussed by the Foreign Ministers during the afternoon session on October 16 was the date for the next meeting of the North Atlantic Council, which was to be held in Paris. Bidault stated that the French Presidential elections might interfere with a December session, but promised to advise his colleagues further.
