On November 2, H.C. Hansen, Foreign Minister of Denmark, attended a luncheon hosted by Secretary Dulles at Blair House. No record of a conversation has been found in Department of State files.
Halvard Lange, Foreign Minister of Norway, visited Secretary Dulles on November 15 to discuss the forthcoming Bermuda Conference and NAC meetings and certain aspects of the proceedings at the United Nations, which Lange was then attending.
