Dear Winston: Thank you very much for keeping me posted with reference to the European developments and the talks which Anthony is having.² As you probably know by now, Foster is leaving today to have a quick trip where he will talk with Anthony and also with Adenauer. This will help us to make our own plans. Foster will carry to you our latest thinking on these matters.
