The North Atlantic Council,

Welcoming the declaration made in London by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on 3rd October, 1954 (Annex A2), and the related declaration made on the same occasion by the Governments of the United States of America, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the French Republic (Annex B2),

Notes with satisfaction that the representatives of the other Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty have, on behalf of their Governments today associated themselves with the aforesaid declaration of the Three Powers.
