The information set forth above is derived from the American minutes of the meeting prepared by Laukhuff on March 12, 1952. The Laukhuff minutes are somewhat longer but in many important respects not quite as precise as the telegraphic report printed infra. Copies of the Laukhuff minutes of this meeting were circulated in the Department of State as document GER–London MIN 3, April 16, 1952.
