As stated, success largely depends on letting [name not declassified] and army take action.

If ref A fully complied with, [name not declassified] will have opportunity to carry out his agreement and fulfill ref B request.

We consider imperative fighter planes drop bombs, fire tracers, buzz city, break up demonstration through tear gas or other drops.
