957. In view of rapid deterioration and disintegration, I am immediately starting evacuation of all females toward south. All indications are that situation is disintegrating so rapidly that we may not all be able to get out particularly in view of fighting at Ascom and Kimpo. Plan is to follow road toward Taejon by motor vehicle.1
