Dept thinks it wld be useful if when reps of IC have established themselves and are available to lend assistance on questions relating to NK frontier in accordance with IC res of Nov 6[7],1 they shld report this fact to SYG. SYG in turn might then arrange to make authorities in Peiping aware of availability of IC’s reps.
Suggest you talk to SYG and perhaps Romulo along these lines.
