Editorial Note
The United Nations Security Council met on August 2 from 3 to 6:15 p. m.; for
the record, see U.N. document S/PV.481. No action was taken during the
meeting, which dealt mainly with Korea, as the Council was deadlocked on the
procedural question of the adoption of an agenda.
